UK Mainland Delivery

All items are packaged with protective bubble wrap and within walled strengthened boxes(where applicable).

To minimise delivery costs, we tier postage costs based on order total using the below rates:

Standard (2-4 business days); Express (1-3 business days):

Orders < £100 : Standard £12 ;Express £15

Orders > £150: Standard FREE ;Express £10

All deliveries are sent Tracked using Royal Mail/ParcelForce or via Evri Pickup Points. Where available, a Parcel Shop location can be used instead of a customer's home address for you to then collect at a convenient time.

Please note 147Pot is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address details being provided - please ensure you check the full postal address when providing at checkout. If you notice you have made an error, please reach out via our Contact Us page as soon as possible so we can amend if possible. We will not be able to amend once it is already with the courier.

The courier delivery times are calculated using business days excluding public holidays. Delays may be caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays and other factors out of our control.

How Do I Track Delivery?

All courier deliveries will have tracking numbers that will be provided via email to ensure you can monitor delivery status (please ensure you provide your email during checkout).
