Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is not faulty, nor personalised, made to order or been damaged after delivery, you may return for an exchange or refund within 14-days of delivery. Original postage costs are excluded from any refund. Return postage and any additional postage for exchanges are fully at purchaser's expense. It is at 147 Pot's discretion to check returned items to determine if the item(s) is in an unused and re-sellable state.
Conditions for Return:
Cues, Cases and Accessories must show no sign of use - no tips to be chalked (cues only), no scuff, scratches, scrapes or any damage whatsoever to the item's components. All items must be returned in their original bubble wrap and box packaging, with tags still attached (where applicable). Gifts or other items, if personalised or made to order, are not applicable as an unwanted Return.
Returns Process:
- Please contact us via the Contact Us page before returning any item.
- Provide the below information:
- Order number
- Reason for returning
- Item(s) that are to be returned
- Refund or Exchange preference
- We will email you direct using the email address provided with a return address for you to arrange a postal return.
- All postage must be prepaid by the purchaser, we will not accept items with unpaid postage. We recommend you pay for a tracked service for your return to monitor it's delivery status.
- We will then inspect the returns as per above - please ensure the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
- For a refund - we will refund back on the payment card used for the purchase; For an exchange - we will send out a replacement if available in stock with the purchaser paying for new postage costs, or advise of a refund.
Time to Complete:
Typical returns process may take up to 15-working days to process.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If the item arrives faulty or damaged then please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Contact Us form. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us displaying damage before the item(s) is returned and processed further. We will offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution in line with your statutory rights. We may also ask for a copy of the receipt or the receipt number in some instances.
