147 Pot is a UK-based online retailer selling snooker cues, cue cases and related accessories. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce services to you.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you are using the Services with the permission of a parent or guardian.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
However, product colours, wood grain, markings, cue finish, appearance and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown on your device due to screen settings, photography, lighting and natural variations in materials.
For snooker cues and wooden products, natural grain patterns, colouration, minor cosmetic variations, balance points and listed weights may vary slightly between individual items.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, images, specifications and availability at any time.
All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion, provided this does not affect orders already accepted by us.
Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us.
Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance of your order. This will usually be by sending an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:
- The product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or description error
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Delivery details are incomplete or invalid
- We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
If we decline or cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to amend or cancel an order after it has been accepted and processed for dispatch.
You confirm that products purchased from us are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP) unless stated otherwise.
The price payable is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order, plus any applicable delivery charges.
We may change prices, discounts and promotions at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted by us.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
Section 5 - Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or on our delivery information page.
Delivery times are estimates only unless we expressly state otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, strikes, customs delays, incorrect delivery information or other disruption.
Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
If you arrange for goods to be collected or delivered by your own courier rather than a delivery method offered by us, risk may pass to you when the goods are handed to your chosen courier.
Section 6 - Returns, Refunds And Cancellation Rights
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
If you are a UK consumer, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
In most cases, consumers buying online have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to certain exceptions.
Returned goods should be sent back in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Our store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our online store. However, any purchase you make from our store is made directly with 147 Pot.
Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by 147 Pot or for any contract of sale between you and 147 Pot.

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify to provide and improve ecommerce services.
